Shipping, Cancellation, and Returns Policies

All orders are final. Damaged items will be refunded or replaced (at our sole discretion) at no additional charge to the end user. Reasonable proof of damage shall be required.

All shipping times listed in our shopping cart software is the amount of estimated time for the purchase to receive the goods AFTER we ship them. We will normally ship out all shipments (except where otherwise provided for to the contrary) within 5 business days after receiving an order. Your total delivery time will normally be within 5 business days (handling) + the estimated delivery time of the shipping method that you selected, although you may receive your goods sooner than that. We do not provide any guarantee of any kind that any shipping agent will deliver your goods within any specific period of time, and all such delivery times should be purely considered as estimates rather than guarantees.

We ship to both locations in the United States and internationally. For international shipments, be aware that you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from Veritas Games Company, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Any delay of your shipment by customs will add to the total delivery time of your shipment. In ordering goods from us for delivery outside of the United States you acknowledge that you have verified that such shipments are lawful to make to the destination address, and agree to wholly indemnify us and hold us harmless against all lawsuits arising from such shipments.

For deliveries within the United States we may deilver via UPS, DHL, FedEx, and the US postal service and any intermediary agents that they use. For international deliveries we may deliver via UPS, DHL, FedEx, or the US postal service and any intermediary agents they use. We absolutely reserve the right to substitute shipping carriers that offer similar shipping speeds provided that we charge nothing additional to the purchaser. When a purchaser selects a shipping agent in our shopping cart he is electing his preferred carrier, and while we will endeavor to use that carrier if we are reasonably able to, we absolutely reserve the right to substitute carriers.

Because international orders involving credit cards are an invitation to credit card fraud, we typically only accept international orders pre-paid by money order or wire transfer. Please contact us directly for international orders.

Your use of this website and our web store front and any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the laws of the United States of America. And any and all agreements and policies on our website shall be construed according to the laws of the United States of America, the state of Massachusetts, and the First Circuit Court of Appeals.
